Buồng thử nghiệm chu kỳ nhỏ gọn được phát triển để tự động thực hiện các thử nghiệm ăn mòn chu kỳ tiên tiến theo yêu cầu của các tiêu chuẩn doanh nghiệp quốc tế quan trọng nhất của ngành công nghiệp ô tô, ví dụ: VDA 233-102 “MỚI”, DIN EN ISO 11997-1:2006 Chu kỳ B, VW PV 1210, Nissan CCT1 cũng như tiêu chuẩn Salt Spray test acc. với ISO 9227 và High Humidity 6270-2. Toàn bộ các thử nghiệm khả thi được trình bày trên trang 2.<\/p>

Phạm vi nhiệt độ hoạt động từ -40°C đến +80°C là một thông số kỹ thuật độc đáo giữa các buồng thử nghiệm ăn mòn hiện có trên thị trường.
\nThiết kế tiên tiến của buồng (với lớp phủ ECTFE) cho phép thời gian chuyển đổi nhiệt độ và độ ẩm ngắn, làm cho buồng thử nghiệm này hoàn toàn phù hợp với các thử nghiệm ăn mòn tăng tốc – điều này giúp tiết kiệm thời gian và năng lượng trong suốt vòng đời hoạt động.
\nCông nghệ VLM được cấp bằng sáng chế mang lại khả năng tái tạo tốt nhất có thể của các điều kiện khí hậu được tạo ra trong buồng thử nghiệm bất kể môi trường và vị trí địa lý – cùng một loại buồng thử nghiệm ăn mòn VLM sẽ tạo ra kết quả thử nghiệm giống hệt nhau ở Đức, Trung Quốc hay Ai Cập. Tổng cộng có 9 cảm biến khác nhau đang theo dõi tất cả các thông số thử nghiệm có liên quan như nhiệt độ, độ ẩm, luồng không khí trong giai đoạn sấy khô và độ tinh khiết của nước khử khoáng.
\nBuồng thử nghiệm được làm bằng thép mạnh mẽ hơn và ít bị hư hỏng hơn so với các sản phẩm cạnh tranh làm bằng nhựa gia cố bằng sợi thủy tinh.
