This Flex Cracking Tester is used to assess the flex cracking of flexible plastic sheet materials when subjected to repetitive flexing under low Temperature.

Low Temperature Flex Cracking Tester Feature

Materials of outer chamber: 2mm Double-sided color coated steel with power coated surface.
Materials of inner chamber: using SUS304 stainless steel, seamless welded. Beside, the outer structure of the inner chamber is reinforced with 10mm steel plates to meet the structural strength requirements of the bending test.
Low Temperature Flex Cracking Tester With vacuum glass observation window, more effecitive to observe the testing situation.
Temperation control: adopt 7inch color touch screen with Chinese and English version, easy to operate.
Low Temperature Flex Cracking Tester Equipped with 2 sets of mechanical compressor, two-stage compression refrigeration cycle can quick cooling up to specified inner temperature in the case of various fixture groips.
The flexing system has separate controller with function of power off memory and automatical stop when test done.
All the testing fixtures are made of SUS304 stainless steel or aluminum, have a good corrosion resistance and anti-rust property.
